The exhibition runs from early evening Tuesday, September 18 to after lunch on Wednesday, September 19 at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg.

ADDITIONAL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE REGISTRATIONS
We are pleased to announce we now offer two choices for additional rep registration with a booth purchase. You can register your rep for the full conference (including social events and technical sessions) or exhibition only (no access to any conference events). Please fill out the exhibitor prospectus to register additional reps and return to our office. This process cannot be done online.
STAND ALONE REPRESENTATIVES
Individuals wishing to attend the exhibition for the purpose of promoting their product or service without a booth registration can purchase the Stand Alone Representative pass. Please fill out the exhibitor prospectus and return to our office. This process cannot be done online. This Stand Alone registration is valid for the Tuesday evening exhibition and Wednesday exhibition hours only. There is no access to the rest of the conference.

Municipal Service and Suppliers Association
The WCW Exhibition application includes a mandatory Municipal Service and Supplier Association (MSSA) membership for the year. The $225 membership fee goes to help MSSA promote attendance to the Exhibition and our member companies and was instituted by the MSSA Board of Directors.
MSSA membership is a company membership, with one individual selected as primary representative. Additional company representative can be added to the mailing list for a nominal fee of $15 each. Contact us for more information on MSSA membership benefits.
The MSSA AGM is held at the WCW Annual Conference. All members are encouraged to attend the meeting Wednesday afternoon. There will be an opportunity to be first in line for WCW19 Conference and Exhibition, September 17-20, 2019 Edmonton AB.
